Wide-calf and plus-size compression socks, up to 7XL
Most compression socks stop at a 2XL or 3XL. On a full calf that means a top band that digs in and rolls down, which is uncomfortable and works against you. Our wide ranges go up to 7XL.

Measure the widest part of your calf
Size wide-calf socks by your calf, not your shoe. Measure the widest part in the morning, sitting with your foot flat on the floor. Between two sizes, choose the larger one. Our sizing guide shows how, and you can email us your measurement for a personal answer.
Zipper or pull-on?
The wide-calf zipper sock (4XL to 7XL) opens along the side, so it is easy to put on. The firm knee-high (S to 7XL) is a classic pull-on sock with firmer support; the Easy-On Kit helps with it.
Try them for 30 days. Even worn, they can come back.
You cannot judge compression without wearing it. If something is not right within 30 days of delivery, tell us: we swap the size or refund you. Return shipping inside the US is free: we email you a prepaid label.

What size is a wide calf?
There is no single number, but if your calf measures more than about 20 inches (51 cm) at the widest point, most standard socks will feel tight at the top. Our 4XL to 7XL sizes are cut for fuller calves.
Why does my compression sock roll down?
Usually the size is too small for your calf, so the top band is stretched too far. Measure again in the morning and size up if you are between sizes.
Compression wear is not right for everyone. If you have peripheral artery disease, heart failure, fragile skin, open sores or reduced feeling in your feet, talk to your doctor before wearing it. New, painful or one-sided swelling needs a doctor, not a sock.
