Cost

• Free standard shipping on orders over $45.
• $4.95 for smaller orders.
• We ship to US addresses, including APO/FPO where the carrier allows. We don't ship outside the US yet.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive in 8 to 15 business days: 1 to 3 business days to pack, then 7 to 12 business days in transit.

Right now most orders ship directly from the maker's warehouse, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a store down the road. If you need something by a certain date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can make it.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't heard from us within 4 business days, email contact@compressionhouse.com.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If a package is lost before it's delivered, we reship it or refund you. If it arrives damaged, send a photo and we'll replace it.

Optional package protection ($2.95): If your package is lost, stolen after delivery or arrives damaged, we send a replacement free. No claim forms. You choose it in the cart; it is never added automatically.

Address changes

Need to change the address? Email us before the order ships and we'll update it.
