Returns: 30 Days, Even if Worn

Try them, wear them. If something is not right within 30 days of delivery, we swap it or refund you.

What is covered

Everything we sell, in any pack or set, worn or unworn, washed or not.
30 days, counted from the day your order is delivered.
Free return shipping inside the US: we email you a prepaid label.
No restocking fee. The refund goes back to your original payment method.

Wrong size? We will swap it

If the size is wrong, tell us within 30 days and we send the right size with a free return label for the one that did not fit. Our sizing guide helps you check first.

How to return

Email contact@compressionhouse.com with your order number (it starts with CH-) and what you are returning. A reason helps us improve but is not required.
We reply usually within one business day on business days with your return label.
Pack the items in any envelope or box, attach the label and drop it off.
We refund within 2 business days of the carrier scanning your return.

For packs and sets, we refund the items you return at the pack or set price per item.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo within 30 days and we send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the faulty item.

If a package is lost in transit before delivery, that is on us: we reship or refund. Optional package protection ($2.95 at checkout) also covers a package stolen after the carrier marks it delivered.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Can I return items I have worn?

Yes. You cannot judge compression without wearing it, so worn and washed items are covered for 30 days after delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?

We do, inside the US. We email you a prepaid return label.

How long does a refund take?

We refund to your original payment method within 2 business days of your return being scanned by the carrier. Your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Tell us the size you need and we send it, with a return label for the one that did not fit.
