Quick answers
These feel hard to pull on. Is that normal?
Yes: graduated compression is snug at the ankle on purpose. Put them on in the morning on dry skin, turn the sock inside out to the heel, and use rubber gloves or our Easy-On Kit if your hands are stiff.
How do I choose my size?
Measure the widest part of your calf (and your ankle) in the morning, sitting with your foot flat. Email us the numbers and we will tell you your size; between sizes, choose the larger one.
Can I wear them to bed?
Most people take compression off at bedtime. Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, wear them during the day.
From our house
Why people choose these
A classic pull-on knee-high with firmer support and a size range most shops do not carry: ten sizes from S to 7XL. If pulling a firm sock on is hard, the Easy-On Kit (a frame donner and grip gloves) makes it far easier.
The maker rates it in the European class 23-32 mmHg; we describe it as the 20-30 mmHg class, the firm level many doctors suggest. Ask your doctor whether firm compression is right for you.
Good for
- Wide or full calves
- People who can manage a snug pull-on sock (or use a donner)
- Long days standing or sitting
- Anyone wanting good value in a 3-pack
How to put them on
Turn it inside out
Reach in, pinch the heel and turn the sock inside out down to the heel.
Heel first
Slide your foot in until your heel sits in the heel pocket.
Ease it up
Unroll the sock up your leg a little at a time, smoothing out wrinkles. Rubber gloves help you grip.

Compression wear is not right for everyone. If you have peripheral artery disease, heart failure, fragile skin, open sores or reduced feeling in your feet, talk to your doctor before wearing it. New, painful or one-sided swelling needs a doctor, not a sock.
